What a fantastic trip !

What kind of means of transport did we use to go to England ?

On Sunday April 1^st, we sat on a bus and said good bye to our parents. Of course! We drove at night but not for long and we arrived at Calais early in the morning.

We went into the train terminal and we had our breakfast and took photos. We came back to the bus. We entered the train. Very tall iron doors closed. It started and after 6 minutes we were under the English Channel in the Chunnel which is short for Channel Tunnel. We arrived in England in the morning after 35 minutes under the sea.

During the week, we sat on the bus for long hours. We visited lots of monuments and London and Oxford.

 

Christ Church was a very big college and there some were fantastic ones. We visited the cathedral of Canterbury and took lots of photos, too during the week.

 

To come back to France, we went to the ferry terminal. We bought fish and chips and we came back to the bus. We had to embark on the ferry. We drove up on board the ferry and we saw lots of gulls. We went back down and we ate fish and chips and soda at the cafeteria.

After one hour forty five minutes, we arrived in France and we changed driver. We waited for the night to watch a film. We slept a few hours. Finally we arrived at Mandeure at 6 o’clock.

That week in England was fantastic but the trips to go somewhere lasted a long time!
