New English family for one week !

Did J.P Guyot Secondary School students have a good week at British host families ?

On Monday, April 2nd 2012, all the families came to pick us up a Margate Kent late in the afternoon. They looked happy to welcome us. Our teachers called us to send us to each English family. They made us visit their houses. They were very beautiful, they had got bow windows, sash windows. They were built with red bricks.

 

We ate very well, the food was delicious, contrarily to what people say in France, welcome was warm. A few of us were disappointed with their families but most of us were satisfied.

We gave a present to the family and on Friday morning we had to leave. It was very sad. It was very nice to live one week with English families. We wish we'll be able to go back to England once again. Thank you very much for this wonderful school-trip.
